Laurie Lyle comes to us from her most recent position as Operations Manager of Islington United Church, where she remains connected to their faith community including her sons’ participation in their summer music camp.
Previously, Laurie was the President and a Board Member of the Kiwanis Club of Toronto and Foundation, and a Board Member at the Kiwanis Music Festival. She was the driving force behind both organizations’ development of a new strategic and business plan focused on growth and financial viability.
Laurie’s marketing experience has been gained through roles including Director of Events and Membership at the Retail Council of Canada, and has recent experience utilizing social media and digital marketing strategies in her charity work.
Laurie’s life-long passion for the arts and a professional career spanning more than 30 years working for charities and non-profit organizations makes for a great match with the Rosedale Centre.
We at Rosedale celebrate all people as created in God's image. We welcome people of all sexualities, orientations, and gender identities to be a part of our community, as the Creator made them.
This land has been the traditional home of the Huron-Wendat, the Seneca, the Mississaugas of the Credit River and to Indigenous people from across Turtle Island. We are grateful to work, live and worship on this land.
