We are seeking a full-time Facilities Coordinator who will play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and well-functioning facility. This hands-on position combines custodial and maintenance duties with operational coordination responsibilities, ensuring that the facility is properly maintained, efficiently managed, and welcoming for all visitors.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player, comfortable with both physical work and administrative tasks. Effective communication skills are essential to ensure smooth facility operations, as this role will interact daily with staff colleagues, volunteers, community users, renters and outside service providers.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a custodian, building superintendent, or maintenance worker or equivalent
  • Command of the English language, including clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience using Google or Microsoft applications for reporting, digital file maintenance, emailing, etc.
  • Basic handyperson skills to complete minor repairs and troubleshoot facility issues
  • Familiarity with safety and compliance regulations
  • Satisfactory completion of Vulnerable Sector Check

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary $60,000
  • Three (3) weeks paid vacation
